Return Policy
We only offer exchanges of size and store credit. We do not offer a refund. How to return or get a store credit:
1. Email us at info@etiennetheline.com to let us know if you have any concerns.

Exchanges will only be permitted on items that have not been worn or damaged, and have the tag still attached. (we have the right to deny any orders if they do not meet our requirements.)

2.  Pack and securely seal the order in the same package back to us. We are not responsible for the shipping cost for any exchanges.
We do not offer returns for international customers at the moment.

Shipping Cost
Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days upon purchase. Orders will be shipped Standard Ground. Étienne is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages and we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces of nature.
National shipping cost is $8.99 flat rate. International shipping cost is $25.
